Ich benutze schon seit Jahren Lavera Zahnpasta. Vor allem ist es mir wichtig Zahnpasta ohne Fluorid zu verwenden. Fluorid verkalkt unsere Zirbeldrüse und schliesst so den Zugang zu unserer Intuition. Ich habe eine Weile nach einer Zahnpasta gesucht, die nicht unbedingt weiße Zähne machen muss, nicht zu viel Bestandteile hat und dabei auch kein Flourid enthalten soll - und da ist sie.
