    Leider noch kein Erfolg
    Ich nehme die Ashwagandha Kapseln bereits seit ca, 6 Wochen, aber leider ohne Erfolg. Am Anfang hatte ich mit zwei Kapseln 1 Kapsel morgens und eine am Abend begonnen. Nach ca. vier Wochen habe ich dann auch mittags eine Kapsel genommen, leider ohne Erfolg. Ist das normal nach dieser Zeit, kann mir jemand bitte einen Tipp geben, wäre für jede Hilfe sehr dankbar. Habe die Kapseln für besseren Schlaf bestellt.

    Vielleicht kann mir jemand einen Rat geben, der das gleiche Problem hat. Nehme diese Kapsel jetzt vier Wochen, eigentlich zum Schlafen gedacht, 1 Kapsel morgens und 1-2 Kapseln am Abend, bin danach aber genau so munter wie vorher, warum nur?

    Leider nicht vertragen!
    Ich habe große Hoffnung in diese Kapseln gesteckt aber ich glaube ich kann sie leider nicht vertragen, weswegen ich zu der Wirkung leider auch keinerlei Auskunft geben kann.
    Nach knapp einer Woche stellten sich Magenprobleme bei mir ein und ich war richtig aufgebläht es war sehr unangenehm und führte zu Unwohlsein, was sich aber ca. 2 Tage nach absetzen der Kapseln wieder normalisierte. Schade !
    Trotzdem 3 Sterne, da ja die Möglichkeit besteht das nur mein Körper so reagiert und jeder selber probieren sollte.     read more ...
