    Unmöglicher Versand! Sowas hab ich schon lange nicht erlebt. Produkt ist ok, aber bei Direktzahlung 10(!!!!) Tage auf meine Ware zu warten. Zur heutigen Zeit ein Unding. Ich werde nie wieder dort bestellen. Was kann solange dauern? Klöppelt ihr die Kapseln noch selbst und füllt das Pulver händisch ein?     Bei Ayurveda sollte man vorher anfangen, sich zu entgiften. Zum Beispiel, in dem man jeden Morgen noch vor dem Frühstück auf leeren Magen ein großes Glas abgekochtes Wasser trinkt. 2-3 Tage fasten helfen auch, muss aber nicht zwingend sein. Das mit Ihren Kopfschmerzen ist sicherlich eine Entgiftungsreaktion. Dann sollte man mal mit der Dosierung für ein paar Tage heruntergehen und, sobald die Kopfschmerzen weg sind, wieder hochdosieren. Habe mal auf Bali in einer Ayurvedaklinik eine Kur gemacht, dort mussten wir auch die ersten Tage nur entgiften mit viel Bädern, Massagen und heißem Wasser und Tee. War nicht so angenehm, hatte damals auch starkes Kopfweh und wollte mich nur noch ausruhen, das geht aber vorbei ) read more ...
