    Wow ich bin begeistert - bei Panik Attacken, adhs und Stress

Ich nehme ashwaganda dreimal täglich und die letzte Einnahme ist unmittelbar vor dem schlafen. Ich komme mit dem Hörbuch abends gar nicht weiter seit Wochen weil ich so schnell einschlafe.
