Habe mir beim übertriebenen Sport machen die Muskeln anscheinend ganz schlimm überlastet, gezerrt oder so. Jetzt benutze ich das Dsmo wie im Internet beschrieben zum Einreiben ( verdünnt) und die Schmerzen sind fast weg. Ausserdem benutze ich danach das Magnesiumöl was mir auch hilfreich erscheint. Ich habe das DMSO noch nicht ausprobiert und kann es somit auch noch nicht wirklich beurteilen. Durch das Buch: DMSO - Die erstaunliche Heilkraft aus der Natur von Evelyne Laye, habe ich mich erst einmal "schlau" gemacht und einiges besorgt (Glasfläschchen, Glaspipette usw.).
Nun da alles da ist werde ich es bei Gelegenheit ausprobieren und bin sehr gespannt.
Mit Vorsicht zu "genießen" da dieses "Mittel" eine "Trägerfunktion" hat und somit auch z.B. kleinste Kunststoff oder Plastikteile über die Haut in den Körper transportieren kann (Keine Einmalhandschuhe oder Ähnliches tragen). read more ...
