    La quercétine est une matière essentielle et notre corps ne peut pas le produire lui-même, donc l'alimentation doit nous en fournir, à savoir les fruits et légumes comme: chou frisé, brocoli, haricots verts, pommes, coings, raisins rouges, cerises, mûres et myrtilles... l'essentiel de la quercétine se trouve dans la peau, qui ne doit pas être enlevée avant la consommation.
    Dans la vie quotidienne, il est souvent difficile d'en manger autant que nécessaire, en particulier lorsque le corps a des carences dues à une maladie.
    C’est pourquoi j’ai inclus ce produit, avec les différents autres, dans mon programme quotidien. Ces produits sont vraiment recommandés !
    Et pour moi, une chose particulièrement importante... sans gluten..., car j’ai la maladie coeliaque !!!
