    Meine Stute hat eine relativ leichte Form von equinem Asthma, allerdings mit Allergie-Komponente.
    Seit 14 Tagen gebe ich ihr täglich 2 Kapseln Quercetin 500. Ergebnis: sie hustet beim Reiten nicht mehr und der Schleim in den Nüstern ist deutlich flüssiger geworden. Ich werde ihr die Kapseln auf jeden Fall mal die nächsten Wochen in der gleichen Dosierung weiter geben und dann mal testen, ob es auch ohne geht.     read more ...

    Nach ca. 1 Stunde ist bei mir die Wirkung da und für ca. 12 Stunden spürbar, und zwar trotz anfänglicher Skepsis unübersehbar. Vorweg: Das einzige, wo es mir nicht hilft, sind meine Gelenkschmerzen. Ansonsten hab ich mehr Klarheit im Kopf, flüssigere Bewegungen, bessere Laune und allg. mehr Energie. Bin schon ein älteres Semester, und wenn mir das jemand erzählt hätte, würde ich bestimmt nur müde lächeln. Man muss es halt erlebt haben bzw selber erleben. Meine Frau sagt übrigens, meine äußere Körperhaltung wäre in der Wirkungszeit (s.o.) wieder ziemlich gerade, und ich hätte fast wieder den Schwung wie in früheren Jahren. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich ganz früher Volkssportler war, Hochsprung fast 2 m, 50 Kilo mit einem Arm hoch gestemmt usw., doch davon bin ich trotz Quercetin weit entfernt... aber ich freu mich natürlich trotzdem, dass es mir hilft ) P.S.: Heute morgen hat meine Frau sich an meinem Quecetin bedient, und sie sagte soeben am Telefon, dass sie nach ca. 45 Minuten die Wirkung ebenfalls spürte, sie kam "ungewohnt leichtfüßig die Treppen runter", undsie fühlt sich trotz Arbeitsstress recht gut heute (sie muss noch paar Jahre arbeiten gehn, ich zum Glück nicht read more ...

    Super Produkt - deutlich mehr Energie
    Ich wollte die Wirkung von Quercetin testen. In den Bewertungen habe ich dann auch
    von deutlichem Energiezuwachs gelesen. Schön. Und nach vll. 1,5 Wochen merkte ich
    tatsächlich auch "mehr Zugkraft". Also, das Grundenergielevel ist deutlich angehoben.
    Meist kann man Wirkungen von Nahrungsergänzung nicht so deutlich zuordnen.
    Hier kann ich es nun nach ca. 4 Wochen mit absoluter Gewissheit.
