    Ich habe leider bisher nicht herausgefunden, woran es liegt, aber mir wird von diesen Tabletten unglaublich schlecht. Ich bekommen wenige Minuten nach der Einnahme so ein Gefühl wie Sodbrennen und heftige Übelkeit. Auf nüchternen Magen ist es ganz schlimm, auch wenn ich reichlich dazu trinke. Auf vollen Magen geht eine halbe Tablette - manchmal ist aber auch das unangenehm.
    Ich hatte vorher Kapseln eines anderen Anbieters, da hatte ich überhaupt kein Problem.
    Ich werde mal auf die Tropfen umsteigen, vielleicht klappt das besser!     read more ...

    Bei Überdosierung löst Zink Übelkeit und Appetitlosigkeit aus. Vielleicht liegt es auch am Herstellungsverfahren. Mit Zinkorotat hatte ich keine Probleme. read more ...
