I’m almost 50 and have been battling menopausal symptoms in the last few months with unsettled sleep and night sweats, which has had a bad effect on sleep. For the last 1 to 2 weeks I have been taking (only) one capsule of meno power in the evening and I’m impressed! Many side effects have gone
Since I started taking menopower, many of my menopausal complaints have gone! I had a strong feeling of being unwell with headaches and palpitations. With hot flushes I also had some slight problems.
