The fine dry ground cocoa powder is strongly de-oiled – the cocoa contains less than 20 % cocoa butter, far less fat than traditional cocoa. So the aroma is correspondingly stronger and the powder is easier to dissolve in liquid. The cocoa powder is unsweetened.
