    Bin sehr zufrieden. Produkt schmeckt sogar ohne Kapsel gut! Macht einen ehrlichen und sehr natürlichen Eindruck. Schmeckt sehr klassisch nach Hagebutte und Curryblatt. Blutwerte hab ich noch nicht, aber ich bin sicher - hab ein gutes Körpergefühl! - dass die besser geworden sind. read more ...

    natürliches Eisen ist besser als künstliches,
    Natürliches Eisen ist besser als künstliches, weil es keine Nebenwirkungen gibt. Es dauert nur länger, bis der Körper einen Level aufgebaut hat. Ich hatte immer einen sehr niedrigen Eisen, bzw. Transferritin-Wert und habe mich gegen Eisenspritzten gewehrt. Jetzt nach 6 Wochen Einnahme, merke ich erste Erfolge, der Schlaf wird besser. Alles andere kommt mit der Zeit. Wichtig ist für mich, dass ich keine Curcuma zu mir nehme, was ich in der Vergangenheit regelmäßig gegen Gelenkbeschwerden gemacht habe. Dann hat die Blutuntersuchung ergeben, dass die Eisenwerte trotz Eisentabletten (natürlich) nicht gestiegen sind. Die Ursache war wohl mein Curcuma-Konsum.
