400 g reines MSM Pulver (Methylsulfonylmethan) mit einem Reinheitsgrad von über 99 % und einem Mesh-Wert von 60 - 80, hochdosiert mit 1 g pro Portion. Die Tagesdosis beträgt 1 Portion = ca. ½ Messlöffel. Das entspricht 1.000 mg MSM. Das Pulver sollte in eine kalte Speise oder Getränk eingerührt und so eingenommen werden. MSM ist eine organische Schwefelverbindung, die in fast allen Organismen vorkommt.
