Kundenbetreuung, Logistik lässt hier zu wünschen übrig
Das Buch wurde am 24.7.19 bestellt und ist bis heute, 28.8.19 nicht angekommen. Erst war es nicht vorrätig, dann angeblich versendet, aber nie angekommen. Nach mehreren Beschwerden, angeblich neu versendet, was nicht stimmte, da gar nicht vorrätig, was man mir plötzlich durch eine andere Mitarbeiterin mitgeteilt hat. Bis heute weiss ich nicht, wann ich das Buch nun endlich bekomme. Keine vertrauensbildende Massnahme wie hier Kunden behandelt werden. Das Buch selbst hat inhaltlich bei anderen Anbietern sehr gute Bewertungen. Bin gespannt, wann mein bestelltes Buch auf das ich sehnsüchtig warte, endlich bei mir eintrifft. read more ...
