Produktinformationen

Expectations not fully met
The book is a summary of the constitutional types of 60 remedies. It seems to be aimed more at laymen, at least that's what the original Dutch title says: "Wat voor type bent u ?" and the character of the preface. The descriptions are quite short, similar to the "essences", but seem much more general. You often read little that is new. Much of the information on the corresponding remedies has already appeared in other books. I ordered the book mainly because of the photos, which had aroused my curiosity. Unfortunately, there are only photos of some of the remedies. Furthermore, I can't find any information about the criteria used to select the photos. Some of the photos are unclear and all of them are very old, i.e. they date from a time long before the book was published (1960s?). Nevertheless, some details and the descriptions of lesser-known means are quite interesting, so despite its weaknesses, the book does offer a number of aha moments.

Thank you very much for the hint regarding the type photos, I was expecting 60 portraits to be included in the picture.

just as interesting as the children's type pictures of Kusse
I already have the children's type pictures. These are just as interesting. - Some interesting additional resources such as cyclamen are included, but the adult pictures are missing helium and hydrogenium, for example. - I think it's a bit of a shame that the latter is missing, although hydrogen is certainly much more common in children than in adults. - Definitely worth reading, just like the children's type pictures

Fluid and concise
I really enjoyed the book. It also quotes other authors and summarises the middle picture relatively briefly. A great addition to the existing works.

Somewhat banal and unfortunately bad pictures
The text (the description) of the type pictures is very simple and the pictures, the reason for my purchase decision, seem to be from the century before last and are not meaningful. With Some (sepia, sulphur) I had to laugh out loud laugh. I had expected more "enlightenment". What a pity!

Only for beginners
I think this book is only for beginners to homeopathy. Well compiled, but not really new. Unfortunately

Ideal book for an introduction to understanding typefaces
The type pictures are aptly described and create a vivid picture of the person with many important characteristics. The photos are a perfect addition and make the book particularly valuable. It is easy to understand and I highly recommend it as an introduction to the exciting world of homeopathy.

Great book
As I am only a layman in homeopathy I find the book very good, it is written in a very understandable way and the characteristics of the remedies are well worked out. It definitely helps me to find the right remedy for me and my family members. I would definitely buy it again.

not really productive
The characteristics listed often lack precision, which is not very helpful. Unfortunately, the photos are all very old and I often couldn't recognise the characteristics. The book is too expensive for that.

Clear and practical
The description of the constitutional types is very clear and helps me a lot in deciding on the right remedy. A really helpful and practice-orientated book.
