Homeopathy for the menopause

There are not yet many homeopathy books specifically for the menopause. That's why I was all the more interested in this book. The topics are well organised. Many issues are described in a simple and understandable way. The characteristics of the well-known remedies are well worked out for each topic. Previously unknown remedies are also well described so that you get an idea of how to use them. The trend towards prescribing hormones or allopathic remedies in potentised form is reflected in this book. The whole thing is rounded off with phytotherapeutic and aromatherapeutic tips, as well as suggestions for nutritional supplements. Pharmacies that make an effort can prepare the formulations. The suggestions for potency and frequency of use are not what I would expect, but the prescription is up to each individual anyway. All in all, this new publication is well worth owning.

Really good!

I would like to see the names of the ailments translated straight away. This would save laypeople from having to look them up in specialised books or do research on the Internet. Otherwise, the book is very easy to read and you really do find things that can't be found anywhere else. I was not aware of many things until now. However, the page with the sources of supply is recommended for obtaining the preparations. What you can't get anywhere else in Germany can be obtained very quickly and without complications in Austria.
