Man kann sich manche Idee zum Thema Wechseljahre bzw. der eingesetzten Mittel holen.
Als alleiniges Nachschlagewerk finde ich es zu knapp. Aber das ist wohl auch nicht die Absicht.
Es werden auch alternative Methoden beschrieben, nicht nur homöopathische Mittel.
Als kleines Hilfsmittel zur Erweiterung seines Wissens finde ich das Buch empfehlenswert. read more ...

Richtig gut!
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Bezeichnungen der Unpässlichkeiten vielleicht auch gleich übersetzt werden. Dies würde Laien das Nachschlagen in Fachbüchern oder die Recherche im Internet ersparen. Ansonsten ist das Buch sehr gut zu lesen und man findet wirklich Dinge, die sonst nirgendwo zu finden sind.
Viele Dinge waren mir bis dato nicht bekannt.
Um die Präparate zu besorgen empfiehlt sich allerdings schon die Seite mit den Bezugsquellen. Was man in Deutschland nirgends bekommt, ist in Österreich komplikationslos und sehr schnell erhältlich. read more ...

Homöopathie für die Wechseljahre
Homöopathiebücher speziell für die Wechseljahre gibt es noch nicht viele. Umso mehr hat mich dieses Buch interessiert.
Die Themen sind schön gegliedert. Viele Sachverhalte sind einfach und verständlich beschrieben. Die Charakteristika der bekannten Mittel sind themenbezogen gut herausgearbeitet. Auch bisher eher unbekannte Mittel sind gut beschrieben, so dass man eine Idee bekommt, wie sie einzusetzen sind.
Der Trend, auch Hormone oder allopathische Arzneien in potenzierter Form zu verordnen, spiegelt sich in diesem Buch wieder.
Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch phytotherapeutische und aromatherapeutische Tipps, sowie durch Vorschläge für Nahrungsergänzung. Apotheken, die sich bemühen, können die Rezepturen herstellen.
Die Vorschläge für Potenz und Häufigkeit der Anwendung entspricht nicht meiner Vorstellung, aber die Verordnung entscheidet sowieso jede/r selbst.
Alles in allem lohnt es sich, diese Neuerscheinung zu besitzen. read more ...
