Description

Organic fenugreek (Trigonella foenumgraecum) is native to the warm areas of almost all continents. The annual herb has long legumes containing the seeds. These have various valuable uses in natural healing and are an ingredient in popular curry mixtures. Fenugreek tastes and smells aromatic with a spicy note. It belongs to the main bitters of ayurvedic medicine.

Die Bockshornkleekapseln sind ein vielfältiger und wirkungsvoller Unterstützer in gleich mehreren Lebensbereichen.
Allein die auf dem Glas angegebene Verzehrempfehlung von 4 x 600 mg Kapseln pro Tag empfinde ich als ein wenig zu hoch. Ich nehme 3 Kps. pro Tag und nutze es hauptsächlich zur Unterstützung für das Muskelwachstum beim Kraftsport.
Wichtig zu wissen ist allerdings auch die Veränderung des Körpergeruchs. Damit man nicht anfängt zu riechen wie eine Suppe ist es daher nötig sich vermehrt zu waschen. read more ...

Gesunde Haare, weniger Haarausfall 🙂
Anfang 2023 hatte ich 60 j. starken Haarausfall, durch eine Ärztin,( die auch an Haarausfall litt) bekam ich den Narayana Tip.
Seither nehme ich fast täglich nicht mal die ganze mögliche Dosis( 6 Kapseln p.Tag) und der Haarausfall hat sich auf den normal Zustand limitiert.

Stoppt den Haarausfall!
Ich war vor ein paar Monaten bei meiner Heilpraktikerin wegen meines extremen Haarausfalls. Ich (w, Mitte 50 und mitten in den Wechseljahren) hatte an den Seitenpartien starken Haarausfall, nicht nur beim Kämmen, auch so sind mir tagsüber nach und nach mehr und mehr Haare ausgefallen, so dass ich schon Panik bekam. Habe zunächst mal selbst probiert mich zu therapieren: Vit. D3 und auch B12. Hat alles nicht viel gebracht. Die Heilpraktikerin hat mir dann Bockshornklee empfohlen. Habe täglich 4 Stück eingenommen, nach 6 Wochen war der Haarausfall gestoppt und nach 4 Monaten sind an den kahlen Stellen sogar wieder Haare nachgewachsen, woran ich nicht mehr geglaubt hatte. Bockshornklee ist ja ein seit vielen Jahren erprobtes Mittel gegen Haarausfall und bei hormonellen Schwankungen, aber dass es wirklich so schnell und gut hilft, hätte ich nicht geglaubt. Hilft auch gut gegen Blutzuckerschwankungen: seitdem ich es einnehme, habe ich nachmittags nur noch selten Appetit auf Süßes. Wichtig ist, es jeden Tag einzunehmen und auch die Dosierung einzuhalten. Ich nehme die Kapseln nun etwa 2-3 Wochen.
Der Schweiß riecht deutlich würziger, schon nach ein paar Tagen. Die Dosierung wird langsam gesteigert und nun nehme ich 4 Kapseln pro Tag. Ich bilde mir ein, dass die Behaarung am Körper steigt.
Die Brüste scheinen etwas angeschwollen.

Stop Haarausfall
Das Bockshornklee wurde mir von meiner Coiffeuse empfohlen. Ich bestellte eine Aktion, bei Narayana, was ich nicht bereue.
Nach 2 Wochen Einnahme der Kapseln höchstens 4 täglich ( man könnte noch mehr einnehmen) merkte ich, dass der Haarausfall merklich zurück gegangen war. Ca 1 Monat später wuchsen die frischen Haare dicht nach. Super tolles Produkt.
