    Ich habe das Produkt im Rahmen einer neuen Nahrungsergänzungsmitteltherapie ausgewählt. Ich glaube, dass es eine gute Ergänzung ist. Ich vertrage es gut. Ich kann allerdings nichts über die Wirkung des Produktes alleine sagen, da ich es mit anderen Mitteln zusammen nehme.

    Ich nehme die Q10 Kapseln bereits seit mehreren Monaten und fühle mich seitdem sehr energiereich. Die Dosierung von 200 mg pro Tag halte ich für mich jedoch für zu hoch, weshalb ich in den letzten Wochen nur noch alle 2 - 3 Tage eine Kapsel nehme. Ich denke, 50 - 60 mg/Tag bzw. max. 100 mg/Tag dürften für mich ausreichen. read more ...
