    Ich nehme seit 14 Tagen Borax und kann jetzt noch nicht genau sagen ob gut oder schlecht. Doch mich würde gern das Preisleistung und die Tagesdosierung interessieren.
    Na2B4O7 - 10 H2O ist die Formel von dem was es auch als Pulverform angeboten wird oder hier als Tablette?
    Mein Wissen sagt mir, dass wir zirka 3g und etwas mehr am Tag von Borax einnehmen sollten. Dann frage ich mich, warum nur 3mg am Tag?
    Wenn 3mg Borax in einer Tablette sind, habe ich bei 365Tabletten 1,095g Borax? Also nach meinem wissen nicht einmal eine Tagesdosis?
    Dann zum Preis. Ich nehme jetzt mal die Apotheke als Beispiel wo ungefähr 10g=10€ kosten. Ich bekomme Borax in Pulverform von 1kg für 26-36€uro, bei dem einen Anbieter sogar 4 kg für 40€uro, was heißt, dass ich in der Apotheke 4000,- Euro für das selbe Produkt bezahlen müsste...???hahaha
    Vielleicht sehe ich da irgend was falsch, wenn ja würde ich mich freuen den Fehler zu finden.

    Was Annerose sagt, ist schon wahr. Aber: man sollte Borax langsam aufdosieren und nicht sofort im Grammbereich beginnen. Man muss sich nur mal gegenwärtig machen, dass man früher genügend Bor durch Gemüse/ Obst bekommen hat. Damals (vor 70-80 Jahren) waren aber auch die Böden noch nicht überdüngt und in unseren Lebensmitteln befand sich genügend Bor. Heute haben viele einen Bormangel, wissen es aber nicht. Das macht sich dann ab 50 bemerkbar: Arthrose oder brüchige Knochen. Wer seinen Knochen etwas Gutes tun will, nimmt immer mal Bor. Ich habe mit 3mg pro Tag begonnen und habe mich dann Woche für Woche hochdosiert, bis ich auf 500mg war. Das kann man preislich mit Kapseln nicht machen. Die 3mg hier pro Kapsel sind wohl eher als Prophylaxe gedacht. Wenn man Knochenbeschwerden hat, braucht man jedoch ein Vielfaches (zusammen mit Ca, Mg und Vitamin D3!). Ich habe mir auch irgendwann Boray als Pulver geholt und eine Feinwaage. Meine Knochen sind wieder tiptop, ich bewege mich moderat und gehe im Sommer in Sonne.     spüre keine Wirkung
    Ich (49, 94kg) habe nun die Hälfte der Tabletten eingenommen. Täglich 3 Stück (morgens, mittags, abends). Kann keine Wirkung feststellen, auch nicht im Krafttraining. Was nicht heissen muss, dass die Tabletten vielleicht doch irgendwelche positive Wirkung haben. Bin jedenfalls nicht männlicher geworden (es hätte da noch Potential). read more ...
