The manufacturer states:

Blue Ice Royal capsules consist of 2/3 Blue Ice fermented cod liver oil and 1/3 high‑vitamin butter oil. Green Pasture produces the cod liver oil from cod livers that are fermented with great care using a traditional production method. The butter oil is obtained by extraction and centrifugation from cow's milk. The manufacturing process is completely natural and free from synthetic additives. Furthermore, the raw materials are not treated with high temperatures or chemicals, so that hardly any active substances are lost. The result is a complex final product containing various vitamins and nutrients.

The product naturally contains vitamins A and D. The vitamin concentrations are approximate; as only natural products are used, they may vary depending on the season or production batch.

I know it may seem surprising, but all you have to do is go to the dentist and have an examination afterwards to see if you have cavities, then finish the box and go back to the dentist. He'll see that you have nothing left. I prefer that to having my teeth worked on.

Sorry, I got a bit carried away! So yes, if you're eating sandwich bread or bread, you can do it, and it's not liquid, it's just very yellow. Put it in the fridge and eat it like butter (I know that but it is butter).
