    Praktisch für Reise und Alltag
    Das Vollmilchpuver ist von guter Qualität und schmeckt wie frische Milch. Das Anrühren dauert allerdings ein wenig, bis sich eine glatte homogene Flüssigkeit gebildet hat. Es lässt sich allerdings nicht in heißer Flüssigkeit (Kaffee) auflösen. Das Pulver eignet sich gut als Reserve für den tgl. Gebrauch oder für die Reise.
    Ich habe damit ein wenig experimentiert und versucht damit Joghurt und Quark herzustellen. Das geht leider nicht. Trotzdem: alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!     read more ...
