Ich nehme Bio Brahmi uns Bio Ashwagandha zusammen ein. Vertrage beide sehr gut. Die Qualität ist sehr gut, besonders da es Bio-Qualität ist und für Veganer geeignet ist. Eines davon ist sogar in einem Glas statt Plastikdose. Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Da ich beide erst seit kurzer Zeit einnehme, kann ich noch keine Aussage über die Wirksamkeit sagen. Ich nehme Brahmi seit 2 Wochen, was ich deutlich schon nach dieser kurzen Zeit merke ist das ich viel mehr Energie haben.
Das Produkt ist super verträglich, kein Nachgeschmack oder unangehmes aufstoßen. Brahmi hab ich mir für bessere Konzentration und der Merkfähigkeit gekauft. Wo ich aber bisher noch keine Veränderung merken konnte, ich aber weiß das man es schon eine längere Zeit einnehmen sollte um Veränderungen zu spüren. Naturprodukte wirken meist erst etwas später.
