    Dieser Essig beweist: Essig ist nicht gleich Essig. Der Bragg Apfelessig überzeugt sofort, nur die hohe Qualität bringt diesen Fruchtgeschmack vom Apfel hervor. Für mich ist auch ganz wichtig, dass er nicht pasteurisiert ist, so sind alle wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe erhalten.Zuerst einmal trinke ich Ihn verdünnt mit Wasser, wie eine Apfelschorle, der sehr mundet.Sehr empfehlenswert zur Entschlackung! Ich verwende Ihn auch im Salat, der wunderbar mit den Gewürzen harmoniert und dann brauche ich diesen Essig auch als Gesichtstonikum :
    1/3 Apfelessig mischen mit 2/3 abgekochtem Wasser. Ich beträufle den Wattepad damit und tupfe jeden Abend das gereinigte Gesicht damit. Keine Pickel mehr, keine fettige Haut, sehr klärend und erfrischend. Mehr brauchts nicht 🍏🍎🍏     read more ...
