    Bei Histaminintoleranz lieber verzichten
    An sich ein gutes Produkt, wird von meiner Partnerin gut vertragen und sie bezeugt positive Effekte, wie u.a. mehr Energie über den Tag. Bei mir persönlich stellte sich anfangs auch eine Steigerung meines Energielevels am Tage ein, aber nach einigen Tagen führte die Einnahme zu einem deutlichen Anstieg des Ruhepuls von knapp 80 auf über 100 am Abend, auch das einschlafen und die Schlafqualität an sich war dadurch sehr gestört. Als ich die Einnahme des B-Komplex für ein paar Tage pausierte, stellte sich wieder der gewohnte Ruhepuls ein. Auslöser war hier das enthaltene Vitamin-B1 (Thiamin), dass als Histaminliberator und DAO-Blocker gilt. Bei der im B-Komplex recht hohen Dosierung des B1, hat dies einen starken Einfluss auf den Abbau des Histamins im Körper. Also für die, die zu wenig DAO im Körper haben, oder auf Histamin symptomatisch reagieren, würde ich von dem Produkt abraten und empfehlen auf geringere Dosierungen zurückzugreifen, bzw. zu schauen, welches B-Vitamin der Körper wirklich braucht und ob überhaupt Anzeichen für einen Mangel bestehen.
    Zum anderen ist es vielleicht sinnvoll die einzelnen B-Vitamine an seinen Körpereigenen bedarf anzupassen. Im meinem Fall wäre es B6 (Histaminabbauende Unterstützung), welches hier leider derzeit nicht verfügbar ist. Trotz des kleinen negativen Ausreißers, welcher speziell in meinem Fall zumindest zutrifft, bin ich mit den restlichen Produkten der Firma "Unimedica" überaus zufrieden.     read more ...
