Gute Zusammensetzung, aber 1 Kritikpunkt
Die enthaltenen Vitamine und Mineralien sind für mich absolut essentiell und in einer nicht zu hohen Dosis, so dass ich sie meiner Tochter geben kann/könnte. Geschmacklich war es für sie okay, sie hat es schnell herunter geschluckt.
Es beruhigt mich zu wissen, dass sie zumindest auf diesem Wege ein wenig versorgt ist, da ihre Ernährung im Moment eher aus weniger gesunden Dingen besteht (Teenager eben…).

Allerdings haben ich einen großen Kritikpunkt:
Die Zutat Raps bzw Rapsfett.
Leider wird Raps und Rapsöle immer noch als Gesundheitsprodukt gehandelt und das leider zu Unrecht. Den Studien dazu würde ich auf keinen Fall trauen. Raps wirkt im Körper wie Batteriesäure und hat einen sehr entzündlichen Charakter. Ein Grund dafür ist scheinbar, dass so gut wie alle existierenden Rapspflanzen genmanipuliert sind. Raps ist gut für die Autoindustrie, aber sollte nicht in unseren Körper gelangen (auch nicht in kleinen Mengen).
Merken wird man es selbst erst wenn man ernsthaft krank ist, vorher merken die meisten Menschen die tatsächliche Wirkung nicht.
Bitte ersetzt doch den Raps mit einem anderen Fett.
Ich werde leider aus diesem Grund nach einem anderen Multivitamin recherchieren, da auch meine Tochter nicht unempfindlich auf Raps reagiert und ich diese Zutat nicht sofort gesehen habe.
Trotzdem werde ich auch in Zukunft Produkte von Narayana kaufen, da ich mit der Qualität und dem Angebot und der Wirkung sehr zufrieden bin! read more ...
