    Je suis totalement conquise par la poudre de spiruline BIO d’Unimedica et cela en qualité BIO ! Elle me donne une grande énergie qui dure toute la journée. Je l’incorpore le matin dans un smoothie, avec des noix, des fruits, des herbes mais aussi des légumes appropriés comme le brocoli, la betterave, les carottes, le gingembre, le curcuma... je fais mon choix selon la saison, mais j’ajoute toujours de la poudre de spiruline. En outre, elle calme nettement ma rhinite allergique (pollen, poils d’animaux, poussière, etc). J’ai une bien meilleure concentration dans mon travail. La spiruline contient des acides aminés de haute qualité, des vitamines et des oligo-éléments et me fournit l'énergie dont j’ai besoin pour mes activités sportives, le fer présent dans la spiruline est particulièrement important pour moi, en plus c'est un aliment durable. Il agit contre les infections et protège efficacement contre les virus, cela se reflète dans le bon fonctionnement de mon système immunitaire.
