    C'est un peu tôt pour parler de résultat. J'ai essayé l'acide ascorbique pendant quelques années qui m'a fait du bien dès le début mais qui à long terme me fatiguait. Puis j'ai pris la vitamine C liposomale, un peu chère et sans bénéfice probant. Quant à l'acérola, je l'ai vite laissé de côté. Je ne comprenais rien aux pourcentages.
