Evidence of Homeopathy - Spectrum of Homeopathy 01/2020
Annekathrin Uecker: It´s sprouting in the labs
Using a systematic review of basic homeopathic research on plants, the author presents an overview of this area of research. After describing the selection process for high-quality publications, the author discusses various experimental settings used to investigate the effect of homeopathic agents on the most common trial plant, winter wheat, and the prerequisites for stability and reliability in an experiment. A series of studies provides strong indications of an effect that could exceed the placebo effect. To facilitate the execution of replication experiments, it is recommended to introduce a standard test system.
