Das Büchlein ist sehr aufschlussreich und enthält viele wertvolle Informationen für Menschen mit chronisch-entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen, ist aber auch für Menschen mit anderweitigen Darmproblemen nach meiner Meinung interessant.
