Seit 10 Jahren ändere ich mein Leben Drogen Alkohol Zigaretten kam zuerst weg ,seit 6 jahren stück für Stück die Schlechte Ernährung umgestellt und ich bin noch nicht fertig 😅 der weg ist das ziel und alles einfach nur um ein Gesundes und für mich optimales körpergefühl zu haben " was brauche Ich eirklich zum Leben ?!?!
