    Wen der Eiergeruch nicht stört, der wird es mögen.
    Ich versuche mich möglichst ohne Eier zu ernähren. Dieses Salz ist sehr würzig. Es schmeckt wirklich nach Eiern. Ich würze damit ab und zu meinen Salat oder mache es an Speisen wo dieser Geschmack passt. Auch wenn ich Appetit auf Eier habe nehme ich mir ein paar Krümel.     Seit ich das Schwarzsalz kenne, vermisse ich es sehr, wenn es mir versehentlich ausgegangen ist! Darum bestelle ich nun immer vorzeitig und eine grössere Menge!
    Das Salz ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache, aber wenn man e liebt, dann liebt man es!
    Und da es nur eine kleine Brise an ein Gericht braucht, ist mein Salzkonsum bedeutend zurück gegangen!
