Ich mische für mich und meine Kinder 7g Reisprotein und 3 g Erbsenprotein und gebe es in ein Glas Wasser.Dazu gebe ich noch Bio Acerola Pulver auch von Unimedica damit der Körper das Eisen dass im Proteinpulver enthalten ist besser aufnehmen kann. Pflanzliches Protein ist viel gesünder als tierisches und speziell im Wachstum und im fortgeschrittenen Alter ist eine genug hohe Protein Einnahme sehr wichtig.Reisprotein ist unter anderem auch wichtig für den Muskel Aufbau und auch für die Muskel Entspannung.
