ORGANIC wheatgrass powder from Unimedica is grown in Germany in strictly organic conditions. It consists of the green stalks of the wheat plant before formation of the ears. Harvesting takes place just a few days after the juicy green stalks are formed, when the nutrient value is especially high.
To retain as much as possible of the valuable ingredients, the fresh wheatgrass is gently dried at a low temperature after harvesting and then finely ground.
