    Vielleicht brauchst du einfach eine höhere Dosierung? es ist ja nicht jeder Mensch gleich. Dass bei rheumatischen Beschwerden MSM hilft, sogar dauerhaft, kann ich bestätigen. Das hat Julia schon richtig angemerkt. Was aber Entzündungen grundsätzlich betrifft, so kann man sehr gute Ergebnisse erzielen, wenn man beispielsweise Kurkuma oder Ingwer nimmt. Ich nehme das täglich zu mir, entweder als Wurzeln oder als Pulver, kann ja jeder so wie er mag. Auch Zwiebeln und Knoblauch können da sehr hilfreich sein. Ja, ich weiss, die Sache mit dem Geruch. Aber da gibt es dann auch Kapseln. die sind geruchsneutral. OPC gibt es übrigens auch als Pulver, da kann man nach Lust und Laune dosieren, wie es beliebt. Bei weiteren Fragen...frag einfach. Ach, hätte ich beinahe vergessen: In Bezug auf die rheumatischen Beschwerden kann Magnesium als Öl aufgetragen sehr hilfreich sein, ausserdem gibt es da auch noch DMSO. DMSO kann nicht nur äusserlich aufgetragen helfen, die Rheumatischen Beschwerden zu lindern oder zu beseitigen, es kann auch getrunken werden und Entzündungen ebenfalls reduzieren. Silberwasser (oder collodiales silver) ist auch eine gute Alternative. Beides eignet sich übrigens auch sehr gut bei bzw. gegen Infektionen. read more ...
