    Das hochgepriesene OPC zeigt bei mir leider keine spürbare Wirkung. Außerdem kann man es nicht am Morgen einnehmen ,da dies starke Übelkeit und Erbrechen verursacht. read more ...

    Wurde das OPC denn auf nüchternen Magen oder nach dem Essen genommen? Manche vertragen kein OPC auf nüchternen Magen, egal ob morgens oder mittags. Wieviel Tage wurde denn überhaupt OPC eingenommen? Übrigens, diese beschriebene Auswirkung (manche bekommen Kopfschmerzen davon) kann natürlich auch bedeuten, dass OPC wirkt. Es beginnt, den Körper zu entgiften. Nach spätestens 2 Wochen sollte das kein Thema mehr sein. Eine Frage noch. Wurde von Anfang die Tagesdosis von 2 Kapseln genommen? Das könnte für Neueinsteiger zunächst zuviel sein. Probiere es dann mal (zumindest für die erste Woche) mit nur einer Kapsel. read more ...

    Auf Grund der positiven Bewertungen hatte ich mir das Doppelpack bestellt.
    Leider konnte ich keine positiven Veränderungen spüren, aber auch keine negativen.
    Ich fühle mich wie immer, keinerlei Veränderung
    Nachdem ich beide Dosen geleert hatte machte ich einen Cholesterin Test, leider ist mein hoher Wert (familiär bedingt) unverändert, was eine Enttäuschung war.
