    Arthrose
    Mich quält seit November die Arthrose...schränkte mich beim Laufen, Treppensteigen schmerzhaft ein. Von einem Freund erhielt ich den Tipp es mit den MSM Kapseln zu versuchen. Diese nehme ich jetzt fast 3 Wochen und ganz langsam aber beständig konnte ich die Bewegungen schmerzfreier absolvieren. Ich bin wieder in der Lage Treppen fast ohne Schmerzen rauf zu gehen , generell ist es wieder ein gutes Gefühl sich zu bewegen. Der Ruheschmez ist inzwischen ganz weg. Ich bin ganz hin und weg über dieses Ergebnis nach einer relativ kurzen Zeit. Hoffentlich hilft es Anderen auch so gut. !!!!

    Bonjour à tous, je suis en début de fibromyalgie et j’ai souvent des douleurs nocturnes intenses en journée c’est supportable. Je voudrais savoir si qlqun pouvait m’expliquer comment et quel traitement ou complément vous me conseillez pour mes douleurs sachant que je fais des migraines, je suis très fatiguée et que j’ai besoin de retrouver un emploi très rapidement mais pas dans l’état actuel des choses.

    Ich leide seit vielen Jahren am FMS. Immer wieder mit starken diffusen Schmerzen.
    Aufgrund einer chronischen Darmerkrankung kann ich jedoch nur schwache Schmerzmittel nehmen. Das MSM hat zunächst eine Erstverschlimmerung des FMS verursacht, aber ich bin dran geblieben und ich bin fast schmerzfrei geworden. Als ich 14 Tage keine Kapseln mehr hatte, kamen die Schmerzen wieder.
