Er wurde 1904 von britischen Chemikern erstmals nachgewiesen.  Es handelt sich dabei konkret um Nicotinamid-Adenin-Dinucleotid (NAD) in seiner reduzierten Form, dem biologischen Wasserstoff (H). NADH kommt in den Zellen aller Lebewesen vor und ist an über 1000 Stoffwechselprozessen beteiligt.

Ich spüre keine wirkung
Ich nehme diese kapseln seit 1 monat zuerst habe ich eine woche lang pro tag eine kapsel genommen und dann 2 kapseln pro tag und habe auch aufgehört andere nahrungsergänzungsmittel zu nehmen um nur die wirkung von Nadh zu spüren doch ich habe bis jetzt nichts gespürt ich bin immernoch genau so erschöpft und müde wie davor. Für den teuren preis hat es sich nicht gelohnt. read more ...

Vielleicht brauchst du vitamin b12, eisen oder Folsäure. Ein Mangel davon kann auch müde und erschöpft machen. Lg read more ...
