Sehr guter Überblick
Ich finde das Buch wunderbar um sich einen ersten Überblick über die Milchmittel zu verschaffen. Es ist sehr gut struktuiert und gibt ein gutes Bild der einzelnen Mittel.
Für mich persönlich ist es zu wenig tief beschrieben um eine Verschreibung machen zu können, aber es ist schliesslich auch keine Materia Medica.
Ich empfehle es auf jedem Fall weiter read more ...

Interessant und sehr informativ
Das Buch ist sehr interessant und informativ. Die Einführung gibt einen sehr guten Überblick über die Milchmittel im Allgemeinen und dadurch ein gutes Grundverständnis und auch die Gliederung bei den einzelnen Mitteln ist wunderbar.

Mein ganz besonders Interesse liegt derzeit bei Lac lupi, doch hier hätte ich gern noch mehr Informationen, abgesehen von Träumen gefunden. Vielleicht ist das Mittel ja auch noch nicht so sehr erprobt, wie manche andere, sodaß es hierüber noch nicht soviel gibt.
