Wirklich gut
Ein sehr interessantes Buch und sehr einfach und schlicht geschrieben, so daß es wirklich jeder verstehen kann. Ich werde manche der Rezepte ausprobieren, andere eher nicht. Vegetarisch und vegan funktionieren für mich definitiv nicht, aber das heißt nicht, daß andere Sachen nicht sinnhaft sind. Insbesondere die Entgiftungskuren klingen als Kuren jeweils sehr durchführbar.
Die Produkte in Janas Shop habe ich mir angesehen. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich okay und bei vielen Dingen wüßte ich auch keine andere Quelle.
