Matcha is well known for its antioxidant content and energy boosting properties making it a healthier alternative to other caffeine containing beverages. Our Matcha is ceremonial grade, meaning it is made from young tea leaves. This is the highest grade of Matcha available and is identified by its bright green colour.

Für mich ist dieser Matcha für den puren Genuss eher eine Enttäuschung. Im Vergleich zu Kabuse Nr. 2 ist der Geschmack dünn und fade. Wohl besser für Smoothies, zum Backen oder als Matcha Latte geeignet. read more ...

Sehr guter Matcha für Zubereitungen
wie Matchalatte usw. Ich trinke morgens gerne Tee, sehr oft Mate und von Zeit zu Zeit Matcha. Das Pulver lässt sich mit dem Chasen (Matchabesen) gut aufrühren, schäumt und löst sich ohne Rückstände. Zum puren Genuß ist es aber nicht die richtige Qualität. Für Matcha Zubereitungen (Latte, Smoothie etc.) aber eine sehr gute erschwingliche Qualität. read more ...
