Super brilliant book

I received the book quickly and am completely thrilled. Tried out several points on patients after just 1 week. AND: it was a huge success. What happened, although I don't even know the meaning of the points yet, was fantastic. This will be my reading for the next few months. Many thanks for that

Fantastic handbook on the science of marma in Ayurveda

The book is written by great experts, Vasant Lad and Anisha Durve. It is comprehensive and very well organised. Anyone who is interested in the subject as a therapist or martial artist is well served by this book. It provides a good introduction to the subject and the spiritual dimension of Marmani is also well described. I also find the comparison of Ayurveda and TCM very useful, something I have never seen before. As a therapist, this book gives you a foundation of knowledge that can provide excellent support in your own practice. The pictures and graphics are of excellent quality.
