Bis jetzt habe ich nicht das Ergebnis, was ich mir erhofft habe. Ich habe viele Muskel-und Gelenkschmerzen, und hatte auf MSM gehofft, aber außer Kopfschmerzen, die anscheinend durch die Entgiftung kommen, hat es mir noch nicht geholfen. Kopfschmerzen trotz der Einnahme von OPC übrigens. Vielleicht kommt ein besseres Ergebnis über die Zeit-ich mache weiter. read more ...

Ich weiss noch nicht, wie ich das bewerten soll.
Leide an entz. Rheuma. Als ich mit MSM (und L-Glutathion) gestartet habe, hatte ich mehrmals einen deftigen Schub.
Jetzt nehme ich immer noch nur 1 Kapsel, um mich vielleicht daran zu gewöhnen. Später zwei, so wie es steht.

Wenn es nichts nützt bzw. nicht die erwünschte Wirkung eintritt, kann es durchaus sein, dass die Dosis zu gering ist. Dann empfiehlt es sich sogar mehr zu nehmen. Ich benötige auch mehr als standardmäßig empfohlen wird. Du solltest aber unbedingt auch Vitamin D3 und OPC nehmen. Kurkuma würde ich auch noch empfehlen. read more ...

Wirkung unklar
Ich wache jede Nacht mit Schmerzen in den Unterarmen/Händen auf und habe nun mit msm begonnen. Die erste Nacht wachte ich ohne Schmerzen auf.
Ich nehme nun seit 2 Monaten msm, aber leider hat sich der Effekt der 1. Nacht nicht wiederholt. Darum kann ich dazu nichts sagen. read more ...

Ich weiss ja nicht, wann und wieviel MSM du zu dir nimmst. Wichtig ist zunächst, dass man wissen muss, MSM wirkt ca. 10 Stunden. Um gleichmäßig damit versorgt zu sein, nehme ich es morgens und abends. Es kann sein, dass bei dir auch die Dosierung nicht ausreicht, erhöhe das doch mal testweise. Ich musste auch erst herum probieren, bis ich die für mich richtige Menge heraus gefunden habe. Auch würde ich dir Kurkuma empfehlen. Vitamin D3 ist übrigens auch ein absolutes Muss. Derartige Schmerzen wie sie bei dir auftreten, können auf Entzündungen schließen. Es ist aber auch möglich, dass du im Schlaf ungünstig liegst und dabei deine Unterarme und Hände belastest. Ja, sowas ist mir auch schon dermaßen widerfahren, dass ein Arm total taub war wie gelähmt! Konnte den Arm dann zunächst keinen Millimeter bewegen, geschweige denn hoch heben. Erst, nachdem ich den Arm mithilfe des anderen Armes bewegt hatte, ging es wieder. read more ...
