1000 g pure MSM powder (methylsulfonylmethane), over 99% pure with a mesh factor of 60 - 80, high dose with 1 g per portion. Daily dose of 1 portion = approx. ½ measuring spoon, corresponding to 1000 mg MSM. To be taken, the powder should be stirred into cold food or drink. MSM is a natural organic sulphur compound that is found in almost all organisms.
