    • Raw food degree (maximum heated to) 40 °C

    Recommended consumption:

    Bohnen waschen und 8 - 12 Stunden in reichlich kaltem Wasser einweichen. Danach Wasser abgießen und Bohnen abspülen. 1 Tasse Jumbo-​Bohnen mit etwa 3 Tassen Wasser einmal aufkochen und dann ca. 60-90 Minuten bei geringer Temperatur und geschlossenem Deckel sanft köcheln lassen. Erst nach dem Kochen salzen.
