Etant origine d'Asie du Sud, chez nous le Jaggery est principalement fait à base de sucre de palme (mieux que le sucre à canne le jaggery de palme contient beaucoup plus de minéraux et donc moins sucré). Cependant par simple curiosité je l'ai commandé et je le trouve sucré comme du sucre basique alors que le jaggery est plus doux. read more ...
