Ich finde den Klistierbeutel sehr einfach in der Handhabung. Bei dem My PC System kann ich an meinem Wasserhahn die Temperatur nicht gut einstellen. Das Problem hat man beim Beutel nicht. Allerdings ist es sinnvoll die Temperatur mit einem Thermometer zu messen und das Wasser ggf. noch abkühlen zu lassen. Ich habe festgestellt, dass handwarm nicht 36,5°C sind und deshalb für den Darm zu warm. read more ...

Für die eigentliche, klassische Leber- und Gallenreinigung nach Moritz wird eigentlich nur das Olivenöl (250ml) und das Bittersalz benötigt!
Das Klistier dient der notwendigen Darmspülung als Alternative zur Colon-Hydro-Therapie.
Leber- und Nierentee sind therapeutische Ergänzungen, ebenso der Aloe Vera Saft.
Die Apfelsäure (Pulver) kann als Ersatz für den im Buch empfohlenen Apfelsaft verwendet werden. read more ...
