Mit diesem Buch hab ich mir viel Wissen um mein persönliches Wohlbefinden geholt. Erfahrungen u Umsetzung sind gut komponiert dargestellt. Auf geht es nun, es zu schmecken, kochen, zubereiten im Wissen Gutes für sich und seine Familie zuzubereiten. Danke für das Wissen wie es geht.
