Die Gewürzmischung schmeckt sehr authentisch fast so gut wie in Äthiopien Wink

Als dip sauce auch geeignet, einfach 1TL mit Olivenöl vermischen (+ Joghurt zB)

Dieses Gewürz ist die Basis von fast jedem äthiopischen Eintopf, Gemuesegericht oder einfache Tomatensauce

Zwiebeln klein schneiden , dünsten
Gewürz hinzugeben
Öl zum Braten untermischen und rühren bis alles leicht anbrät, frische Tomaten Und Knoblauch dazumischen und mit Deckel köcheln lassen. Jetzt weitere Zutaten untermischen (zB Spinat Karotten Kichererbsen )
Salz Pfeffer/chilli und fertig ist der Gemüseeintopf Wink

Da ich momentan Äthiopisch kochen lerne, ist das Gewürz sehr gut! Geschmacklich stimmt es überein mit dem Original, nur fehlt diesem etwas schärfe, was aber für meine Tochter im Haus umso besser ist. read more ...
