Liest sich gut
Das Buch ist gut verständlich geschrieben und holt mich als Leser auf eine sympathische, unterstützende Art ab. Besonders gefällt mir, dass er als Hausarzt klar an die Eigenverantwortung jedes einzelnen Menschen appelliert, schliesslich kennen wir uns selbst ja am besten. Hätte das Buch noch lieber als Handbuch (Soft Cover) anstelle mit festem Einband. read more ...
