Leider passte das Buch nicht mit meinen Vorstellungen zusammen. Nach dem Lesen hatte ich den Eindruck, dass die meisten Rezepte nur aus Dinkel und Kastanien bestehen. Die Fleischrezepte waren für mich überflüssig, da ich Vegetarier bin. Es wirkt so, als hätte man aus einzelnen Überlieferungen der Hildegard von Bingen ein schlüssiges Konzept machen wollen. Da bleibe ich lieber bei meiner Ayurvedaküche, die wirkt fundiert und tut mir nachgewiesenermaßen gut. Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell obwohl ich in Ungarn lebe. read more ...
